What a form collects

If you submit a resource request or editorial enquiry, the site stores your name, email address, selected request topic, resource requested, any optional question or correction you enter, permission to respond, optional update preference and submission time. Do not send passports, financial documents, medical information, immigration histories or other sensitive records through these forms.

Purpose and storage

The publisher uses these details to handle your request and, only if you separately choose it, send occasional updates. Enquiries are stored in the private WordPress administration area on this site’s Hostinger hosting. Access is restricted to authorised site administrators. No information is automatically shared with an adviser through this launch form.

Your choices

The update checkbox is optional. You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future contact, through the contact form. Use the same email address so the team can locate the request. The editorial team will review the request; do not submit identity documents to prove it through this site.

Retention

Enquiries older than 90 days are scheduled to move to WordPress Trash in daily batches. Scheduled tasks can be delayed, so this is not an exact deletion deadline. Trashed enquiries remain stored until the normal WordPress trash-purge process removes them according to the site configuration. Hosting backups may retain an earlier copy until their normal retention period expires. Administrators must honour withdrawal and deletion requests and avoid exporting enquiry data to unrelated services.

Cookies and third parties

The custom theme does not add advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress and installed hosting or security services may use essential cookies. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives normal network request information. Official source links lead to third-party sites with their own privacy policies.
